Has anyone tried using the Touch Bar for Bootcamp Windows 10?
- Mar 28, 2017 Microsoft Hyper-V must be off for Windows 10 to start up on a Mac using Boot Camp. If you try to boot into Windows 10 with Hyper-V turned on, you see only a black screen and Windows doesn't start. Take care if you install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, because this software automatically enables Hyper-V.
- I know this was posted 2 years ago, but if anyone can reply, i'll greatly appreciate it. I dont know the exact temperatures, but i'm wondering if this could affect my mac Get a cooling stand. Thanks for the quick reply.
Mac Boot Camp Touch Bar

I noticed all function keys are disabled and there's not much going on with the Touch Bar.
Are there drivers that'll make the Touch Bar compatible to Windows partition? Or do I have to
wait for both 3rd parties and Apple to release new keyboard drivers? Do you think Apple will
continue to release new MacBook Pro models with Touch Bar? I miss older scissor keyboard
with all Fn keys. I guess most Mac users don't need Fn keys but I use them because I use Windows
besides macOS. Being a user of both Mac and PC is kinda stressful and has anyone felt like you can't choose
Mar 23, 2019 If you're looking to install Windows on your Mac, Boot Camp is the best way to go.Whether it's for a great gaming experience or you just want to try out Windows 10 on Apple's svelte hardware, here's how to get it all set up. According to the Apple support article Turn off Hyper-V to use Windows 10 on your Mac it is not possible to use Hyper-V in Windows 10 on a Mac in Boot Camp. This is a big limitation for me, since also it means it will be impossible to use Docker Windows Containers on a Mac, since they require Hyper-V. Are there any practical workarounds for this?
either one of 2 operating systems? Maybe it's better to buy a Surface computer if Apple won't release Bootcamp drivers for the Touch Bar. Any thought or suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks!

Take care if you install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, because this software automatically enables Hyper-V. To turn Hyper-V off after it's been enabled, follow these steps:
- Open the Control Panel in Windows.
- Go to the 'Turn Windows features on or off' section.
- Turn off Hyper-V.

If you enable Hyper-V and then shut down Windows 10
If Hyper-V is turned on and you shut down Windows, you'll have to attempt a recovery using a USB recovery drive or the media you used to install Windows 10. Learn more about recovery options in Windows 10 on the Microsoft support site.

If you can't successfully restore your Windows 10 installation to a state before Hyper-V was enabled, you can reinstall Windows using Boot Camp Assistant.
